Dong has depth of experience in the global agriculture, mining, energy and resources sectors. He has a PhD in Agricultural and Resources Economics which leads him experience in observing global economic, fiscal, political, and demographic changes. He is an accomplished executive in branding and marketing in the APAC regions. He has been leading the organic growth of Eternal Fresh from the beginning.
Marie grew up on a kiwifruit orchard in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. She has worked in the fresh produce industry for over twenty years. She spent eight years in the United Kingdom, marketing locally grown and imported fresh produce to UK retailers. Following that, she worked in Australia importing and exporting fresh produce, before returning to New Zealand to continue her produce career. Marie manages non-China export from both Australia and New Zealand.
Michael is one of the founders of QVM and leads the R&D program for new products and technologies. He has been an orchardist since 1983 and has always been passionate about new varieties and implementing research on his family orchard. This passion led to Michael being awarded a Churchill Fellowship to study the Californian Stone Industry in 1993.
Tim is an innovative, action-orientated senior executive with over 21 years’ experience at this level. Recognised as a strategic partner to the business, he offers valuable insights into risk management, commercial decision making and financial analysis. Tim is a highly effective leader and mentor of multiple teams.
