Dong has depth of experience in the global agriculture, mining, energy and resources sectors. He has a PhD in Agricultural and Resources Economics which leads him experience in observing global economic, fiscal, political, and demographic changes. He is an accomplished executive in branding and marketing in the APAC regions. He has been leading the organic growth of Eternal Fresh from the beginning.
Michael is one of the founders of QVM and leads the R&D program for new products and technologies. He has been an orchardist since 1983 and has always been passionate about new varieties and implementing research on his family orchard. This passion led to Michael being awarded a Churchill Fellowship to study the Californian Stone Industry in 1993. Michael served the industry as the Vice Chairman of Summerfruit Australia.
Joelene grew up on a stonefruit farm, in the Tresco region of Northwest Victoria, specializing in apricots. She holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Monash University. Joelene worked at the Melbourne wholesale market for 6 years prior to returning to Sunfruit Orchards, where she was the packing and sales manager for 17 years. Joelene has served the Summerfruit industry on various board both locally and nationally.
Minh is the Business Executive of the Eternal Fresh Group and the General Manager CMS Australia in Vietnam, with experience in business development, export–import, and a strong interest in international relations and geopolitics. He is passionate about global trade and corporate management, building partnerships that bring local products to international markets. Minh earned his Master’s in Human Resource Development from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia, supported by a full scholarship.
Carolina is an agronomist and plant breeder with a Ph.D., and a specialisation from UC Davis. She has nearly two decades of experience leading international breeding programs and commercializing new varieties across South America. Carolina has held executive roles in multinational companies such as Sun World, Fall Creek and Camposol, bringing a unique blend of scientific knowledge and business acumen to the global fruit industry. She serves as General Manager South America — Variety Management
Carly is Senior Manager, Corporate Development, with extensive experience in strategy, communications, and stakeholder engagement. She specialises in aligning corporate strategy with external affairs, ensuring innovation and commercial priorities are effectively positioned in the market. Carly brings a strong track record of connecting business development with industry impact and building long-term partnerships.
